Job Description:
The Manager, Software Professional Services, ensures that our client provides
the optimal software solution to our customers
the appropriate level of customization based on the customer needs
delivery of projects on schedule, on budget and with high quality
in the context of Solution Sales of multiple products, software and services
Responsibilities:
Develop a Software Professional Services / Consulting service strategy and execute it
Provide expertise on cash management solutions to the Retail and Financial Services markets
Author and negotiate project Statements of Work with customers
Hire, develop and lead a team of professional services consultants
Build strong consulting processes to ensure consistent delivery and management of customer engagements
Build strong relationships with regional sales and software teams and central engineering teams
Provide regular communication of project progress, status and issues to key internal and external stakeholders
Ensure projects are consistently delivered on schedule, on budget and with high quality
Manage customer escalations and ensure proper follow through is actioned upon
Oversee and work with external partners to deliver projects
Provide direction on the solution architecture and best practices
Develop frameworks and reference architectures
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in relevant field is required.
2-3 years experience managing professional services teams
Experience with banking systems a plus
Strong user skills with all Microsoft Office products, particularly Word, PowerPoint and Excel
Demonstrated customer facing skills; building trust, negotiating, advising
Strong technical skills and ability to discuss technical topics with IT departments; development experience preferred
Good communication skills, ability to make formal presentations internally and externally
Fluent in English, secondary language capabilities preferred
Demonstrated awareness of our customers markets and technology trends in software design and deployment within those markets.
Demonstrated ability to convert requests and desired outputs in to structured decision trees and process-flow-based descriptions. Project examples preferred in assessment.
Required Skills:
Ability to travel overnight approximately 35% of total time domestic and internationally
A passionate approach to customer satisfaction and exceeding the customers expectations
Well developed influencing skills, strength of character, tenacity and cultural sensitivity to be persuasive and effective within an international matrix environment
Strong business / commercial acumen, project management skills and attention to detail
Ability to handle multiple project in concurrence and meet key deadlines
Previous consulting experience required.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
