Position Description
In this role, the Inside Sales Lead Manager will be a significant contributor behind our client's newly expanded sales initiative, leading new business growth across various vertical markets. The primary focus of this position will be to drive new business growth through an aggressive outbound calling and direct marketing approach.
Heavy outbound calls to prospects and customers (35+ calls per day)
Work closely with marketing in the development and execution of direct mail campaigns.
Identify new accounts and close new business opportunities by competitive quoting, quotation follow up and sales functions.
Document all sales activity in CRM (Call Reports and Opportunities)
Pipeline Management: Identify, track and facilitate closure of key opportunities.
Process all sales & lead paperwork in a timely fashon.
Resolve customer conflicts quickly. (RMA requests, etc.)
Handle all incoming lead qualification. Sell over the phone or refer qualified leads to appropriate field sales representatives.
Participate in preparation and brand awareness for company presence at key industry trade shows.
Sales background to include but not limited to experience with B2B solutions sales situations.
Proven track history of 100% quota attainment and can demonstrate the ability to generate new revenue.
Experience working in an environment with an integrated sales model. Works with field sales on uncovering and developing key opportunities.
Ability to strategize with Business Leaders on market development.
Maintains a consultative or solutions oriented selling style.
Experience utilizing CRM software.
Exceptional business writing and communication skills.
Can create and modify Power Point style capability presentations and utilize online technology to present and demonstrate solutions.
Can effectively use Excel and other MS applications.
Must possess a "Hunter" mentality.
Maintains an entrepreneurial spirit and takes ownership of his/her assignment.
Polished phone skills. Ability to build solid relationships over the phone.
Must be organized, motivated and possess the ability to develop and execute a sales plan enthusiastically.
Has a sense of urgency to deliver results quickly and takes pride in work.
Customer service focused.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
