JOB TITLE: VP Marketing and Sales Operations-Non Financial Markets Channels
General Description of Position:
This individual will be responsible for driving and communicating our company's Value Proposition by effectively delivering all North American demand generation activities which includes Marketing Communications, Product Management, Business Consulting, Project Management, Sales Administration and Sales Compensation Management for our retail, gaming and other (Non-Financial) channels. The retail market, alone, in the U.S. is estimated to be seven times larger than the financial institutions channel so driving growth in the market is a significant strategic opportunity for the Company. The current revenue target for this market is approximately $40 million.
Position Responsibilities
Establish the driving value proposition messaging and communications for company's Non-Financial Markets go to market channels.
Maximize lead generation efforts to increase the quantity and quality of leads from identification through demand generation and into the sales funnel;
Partner with sales leadership to ensure a seamless transition from demand generation activities to sales opportunity;
Works effectively with Global Marketing, Sales, Finance and other key stakeholders to ensure sales force readiness through effective pricing, product planning/positioning and launches, competitive analysis, market research, and product problem resolution;
Ensure the Marketing group, which oversees business consulting, effectively manages sales opportunities closures by completing proper return on investment (ROI) and business analysis as needed in key stages of the sales process for sales account managers;
Develop and execute integrated programs, which may involve media, call center, online, inside sales, and/or event marketing/sponsorship activities;
Translate brand and customer promotion strategy into appropriate concepts and programs at the key account level;
Maximize the marketing return on investment (ROI), thus associating sales volume and velocity with each program;
Develop marketing metrics which track the value of the various marketing activities in generating leads, opportunities and revenue.
Develop sales bulletins and sales presentations regarding product promotion programs in order to initiate sales action;
Develop sales bulletins and sales presentations regarding new product launches in order to initiate sales action;
Ensure that all sales administration support activities (i.e. Price Discount Authorization (PDA), account reporting, CRM, etc.) are provided in a timely and effective manner to sales personnel and management;
Provide the administration and establishment of sales compensation and commission programs and support;
Ensure effective management of all Non-Financial marketing expenditures, including shows, conference, external agencies etc
Position Qualifications
Minimum of 15 years experience leading and directing a sales and/or marketing department or equivalent function;
Minimum of 10 years of management experience to include the ability to manage, retain, build and recruit a team;
Proven project management skills with an ability to work with multiple and sometimes competing goals and objective;
Proven ability to develop and execute integrated marketing programs that drive sales volume;
Lead by example in establishing a positive, energetic, and engaging atmosphere which the employees will thrive in;
Excellent writing skills ability to create original messaging and content;
Experience on the client side managing agencies is preferred;
Experience in the retail, hospitality and/or gaming industries is preferred;
Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
Commitment to results, ability to incorporate new learning into existing plans and act decisively;
Previous B2B experience is preferred;
Proficiency with MS Excel, PowerPoint & Word, HTML & Adobe Acrobat;
Bachelors Degree or Masters in Business or Marketing a plus.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
