PURPOSE OF THE ROLE:
The Senior Director of Marketing is responsible for customer facing activities related to marketing communications, pre-sales business consulting, leasing and strategic partnerships and customer training. This role owns all activities related to conceptualizing and implementing marketing strategies and achieving marketing targets. Specific responsibilities include business and market development; market research and planning; strategic direction for promotion and advertising; coordination with sales; and hiring/directing the day-to-day activities of the marketing staff.
KEY RESPONSIBILTIES:
Key liaison with Global Marketing team representing North America business in our global marketing efforts.
Own value proposition development, communication, on-going maintenance, and best practice sharing;
Develop and execute, plan for market awareness with key trade show events, industry trade groups, other market influencing organizations, and peer-to-peer opportunities as appropriate;
Develop and execute integrated programs, which may involve media, call center, online, inside sales, and/or event marketing/sponsorship activities;
Responsible for directing all internal and external communications programs;
Maintain, and enhance, the company's Content Management Systems (Sales Edge) such that it continues to be a valuable tool for field sales. This will also include gathering competitor information, analysis and dissemination;
Lead business consultant and strategic partnership teams to ensure exceptional support of our highest opportunity accounts;
Ensure effective management of all external agencies.
Oversee managing customer training teams; collaborative development of new training channels and programs.
Qualifications:
7 10 years experience leading and directing a marketing department or equivalent function;
Proven project management skills with an ability to work with multiple and sometimes competing goals and deadlines;
Proven ability to develop and execute integrated marketing programs that drive sales volume;
Bachelors degree in business, marketing, finance or related area required; professional business experience; MBA or related Masters degree a plus;
Strategic thinker, resourceful, problem solving and analytic skills;
Demonstrated expertise in supporting a value added, solution sales model;
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, including strong presentation and facilitation skills

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
