Responsibilities:
Oversee commercial and residential real estate transactions from inception to completion. Coordinate due diligence and manage data rooms with precision. Prepare and review a variety of legal documents, including conveyance and corporate transactional documents. Collaborate closely with attorneys, clients, and stakeholders to facilitate seamless transactions. Demonstrate exceptional attention to detail, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
Qualifications:
Accredited Paralegal with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience. Proficiency in managing real estate and corporate transactions. Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask effectively. Excellent communication skills and keen judgment. Integrity, professionalism, and a proactive approach to work.
