years corporate desk side support experience with strong emphasis supporting Windows 7 and Windows 10Experience troubleshooting and replacing hardware on Lenovo PCsExperience using Active DirectoryExperience supporting Microsoft Office 2007, Microsoft Office 2016 including MS Lync, Microsoft Outlook Web Application (OWA) and the Outlook 2016 clientExperience troubleshooting wireless connectivity issuesQuality Customer Service skillsVPN experience.
Experience with basic hardware printer supportExperience with Symantec productions including Endpoint Protection, Bitlocker, SCCM, and RDP Home campus is Lisle, Illinois but occasional visit to other campuses within the Chicago area might be required.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
