The Operations Manager serves a critical role by providing leadership, accountability, and support for those making the parts.
We are searching for an Operations Manager adept at creating structure, fostering teamwork, and developing individuals and teams to achieve their highest potential.
Our ideal candidate:
Is a self-motivated, adaptable individual with a track record of rising to the occasion who strives to make a lasting, positive impact on their teammates.
Has >5 years' experience managing a manufacturing company between $10-20MM in revenue.
Is an effective listener and communicator in English and Spanish.
As Operations Manager at Zeman Manufacturing Company you will be responsible for:
Leading the Operations Team towards their objective of making quality parts, on-time and on budget.
Responsible for a team of 17 individuals across production, Quality Control, purchasing and Shipping/Receiving including professional development and setting compensation.
Ensuring our facility is safe, clean, organized and well-maintained.
