Experience in insurance defense preferred with experience in Medical and Legal Malpractice a plus.
The successful candidate will be highly organized, flexible, have attention to detail, and the ability to work under pressure.
Must be proficient with Microsoft Office and Microsoft Outlook.
Job duties will include transcription, drafting of pleadings, drafting discovery, organizing electronic and paper files, scheduling, communication with attorneys, clients and courts.
