Job
Responsibilities:
- Generate leads and identify potential clients.
Prospecting through various channels, including networking events, referrals, and cold calling.
- Conduct thorough assessments of clients' insurance needs and recommend suitable solutions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to foster long-term partnerships.
- Educate clients about insurance products, coverage options, and policy terms.
- Prepare and present quotes to clients, explaining the details and benefits of each option.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth and efficient client experience.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, products, and regulations to provide accurate and relevant information to clients.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the growth and profitability of the company.
-This is a base
commission position, that is eventually 100% commission.
High income earning potential if successful! Requirements:
- Proven track record in sales, preferably in the insurance industry, but NOT REQUIRED.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Results-driven mindset with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools.
- A valid insurance license or willingness to obtain one.
- A bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field is preferred but not required.
