Typical Accountabilities Completing on-going position training Completion of Marketing Plan Completion of Competition Survey Guest Card Completion and Entry into Yardi Application processing and entry into Yardi Notice to Vacate processing and entry into Yardi 40% Closing Ratio Preparation of resident files Paper flow Leasing follow up Leasing Consultant Checklist (daily/weekly/etc.
) Walking units for Seal of Approval Inspection Schedule Move-in Orientations (if applicable) Follow up to ensure that all applications are approved within 72 hours Attendance at regional leasing meetings (monthly or quarterly)
