We currently have a support team located in India that handles support for our clients but we are looking for someone on-shore to help with communication and triaging calls.
Point of Sales experience is preferred.
Customer support experience required.
Must have good phone and email communication skills.
Must be able to manage individuals and complete goals by target dates.
We are located in Lisle, IL.
The hours are 8:
30am-5pm CST.
We offer 10 PTO days, 7 paid holidays and no other health benefits.
Must be vaccinated and be willing to work in our office.
Work from home option is available 3 months after start date.
