Manages Projects involving any combination of Engineering, Procurement, Fabrication, and Construction in the Chemical Process, Food and Beverage, and Manufacturing Industries.
Responsible for Management and Execution of all phases of the project.
Represents Proficio Consultancy and/or Proficio Construction with the client.
Has overall responsibility for all aspects of the performance of projects assigned (technical, schedule, costs, quality and safety) Responsible for managing project risks and opportunities.
Works in concert with Proficio leadership to maintain our culture of high-performance.
Key Tasks and
Responsibilities:
Responsible for Management of all phases of a project Proposal development Project Scope of Work development Holds regular team and client meetings Manages project action items and issues meeting minutes Successful delivery of Projects in accordance with the approved budget and baseline schedule Ensuring the Project Quality Ensuring all work is done safely Responsible for the development, approval and implementation of Project Execution Plan Oversees the planning and resource allocation of personnel throughout the project Defines roles and responsibilities for project teams Effectively delegates authority and responsibility Ensures that the Main Contract and Subcontracts are is correctly administered Establish & maintain relationships with the Client & Subcontractors Drives the resolution of issues or conflicts between departments or with Clients Ensures compliance with the contract in all aspects Liaises with the Client and key subcontractors as required Arranges and attends meetings with the Client and subcontractors as required Ensures that all written documentation required under the contract is prepared and submitted on time and in accordance with contract requirements Oversees the management of change Ensures robust decision-making process is utilized and recorded Overseeing contingency planning and lessons learned for Engineering, Fabrication, Construction and Installation scopes Proficio has offices in Lisle, IL, and Palatine, IL.
The working location for this position is available at either office location.
