IT Project Manager

This role will lead the cross-functional business process support teams in the design and implementation of CommScope business transformation initiatives. You will lead change by identifying gaps and improvements in the business processes and deliverables that can be implemented by business and IT. You will collaborate with internal business partners and external knowledge sources to ensure standard methodologies to maintain subject matter expertise. You will provide extensive assistance with any of the verticals within PE:
Design Thinking, User Experience/Adoption, OCM, and Agile Scrum/DevOps. You Will Make An Impact By:
Perform analysis of business and user needs and develop metrics for process measurement Plan, perform, and implement process improvement initiatives (such as Lean or Six Sigma) Influence, organize, and lead cross-functional project teams and develop and measure using Key Performance Indicators Deliver presentations and training courses including measurement, analysis, improvement, and control. Develop requirements for end-user training plans Required Qualifications For Consideration:
Bachelor's degree 8
years of related experience Ability to communicate optimally at all levels with sponsors, vendors, and project team members Strong analytical skills and Business Process Expertise ERP Transactional Expertise You Will Excite Us If You:

$150K -- $200K
